Return & Exchange Policy
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information,
Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You must send the goods back to us at your own cost as soon as possible
once you have cancelled the order.
Once the goods are received by us we will then examine for any damage and will refund undamaged items accordingly.
You will be eligible for a refund of the costs of the products returned and the standard
delivery cost, If you upgraded to special delivery you are not eligible for a refund of the extra charges.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of The Goods returned to us.
You Have 14 days to notify us of incorrect item/s after this time we will deem the order as accepted.
If you have received your order and claim that you have a missing item(s). You have 14 days from delivered date to raise this by email to email@example.com
Will only refund the cost of the products purchased and not any incremental costs from your use of our products.
